THREE METHODS TO GET YOUR BROKE ASS A REPLACEMENT PHONE
METHOD #1: SOCIAL MEDIA BARTERING (by far the best method)
This is by far my favorite method to date. I'm actually in the process of getting a replacement phone as we speak using this method! I wasn't lying when I said I loose my phones more times than I can remember (click screenshots below to see full convo and post).
Get on Facebook......and if you don't have a Facebook account THINK ABOUT GETTING ONE just for this (then delete it once you have a phone again).
Step 1: Join a local trade group (major city trade groups listed at the bottom of this article).
Step 2: Wait for Admin approval.
Step 3: Write an ISO post (in search of).
Step 4: Engage fellow barterer (find out what they are willing to accept for the phone)
Step 5: Meet fellow barterer in a safe public space and trade items!
PRO TIP: A lot of alcoholics and coffee junkies roam these groups looking for their next fix. Got a spare bottle of wine or coffee beans lying around? Now is your chance to get a phone using the SOCIAL MEDIA BARTERING BROKE ASS method.

METHOD #2: GET FREE PAYPAL MONEY (the second best method)
This method is great but takes a while to stack up free PayPal money. Don't expect to get a replacement phone right away.....but....if your truly a broke ass like I am....then this methods for you ;).
Step 1: Get a PayPal account --> https://www.paypal.com
Step 2: Create a brand new email account JUST FOR THIS METHOD
Step 3: Join a trusted survey site that pays you your earning to your PayPal account (some sites are willing to pay you up to $50 per survey)
Step 4: Join another trusted survey site that pays you your earnings to the same PayPal account (I call this the double dip)
Step 5: You guessed it......join another trusted survey site that sends you earning to your PayPal account.
Step 6: TAKE SURVEYS FULL TIME for a couple days.
Step 7: Get paid to your PayPal account and buy a used phone on eBay.
Here are a few sites that ACTUALLY pay you for your surveys:
Vindale Research: Pays up to $50 per survey.
Personal experience: Most surveys take around 10-12 minutes to complete and pay between $1.10 and $2.30 with the occasional monthly $50-$100 surveys.

Toluna: Works with Big Brands has a product testing program as well.
Toluna rewards all payables to your PayPal account for $30 and up. It isn't automatic so you will have to request the payout. When you do this, and the transfer is complete, you'll get a notification by E-mail from PayPal (take 2-4 business days).

SurveyVoices-US: You can make $800/week completing surveys! All you need to do is instantly qualify, then view exclusive offers in exchange for your opinions and get access to paid surveys, clinical trial opportunities, and part-time work offers!
Personal experience: I keep missing the boat on the big payouts from Surve Voices because I don't regularly check my survey email enough to jump on the offers fast enough. I am currently back on the survey train and will update this blog post if I see any HUGE PAY OUT surveys from Survey Voice in the next few weeks.

Pinecone Research: Exclusive consumer panel pays $3 per survey.
Personal experience: It took me a while to get into Pinecone Research. You cannot simply go to the website and sign-up. You actually need an invite from an existing member. This is actually what keeps their panel small enough to be able to consistently pay out $3 per survey ALL THE TIME. They also occasionally send you products to test and keep in the mail. I've never actually done this with them because I keep missing the email invites (sent to my survey email). They are currently only accepting users who fit into one of the 3 demographics below will qualify: 1.) All males 2.) All users aged 18-24 3.) All users Hispanic (read protip #2 if you don't fall into those demographics)

PRO TIP 1: Be sure to join these sites using your new email account so that you don't get survey notifications sent to your primary email address. This keeps things tidy. You can always go back to every 2-3 months to keeps your survey accounts active. I know that some sites like Pinecone delete your account after a certain amount inactivity.
PRO TIP 2: If you get denied try applying again tweaking some of the personal info you provide. Sometimes survey sites have a demographic cap. This should help you by pass the demographic cap and on your way to replacing your phone.
